Practice Schedule

06/04/2010 - Optional technical training 7-8pm behind Doc Harris Stadium
 

Until further notice, all practices have been moved to the following location:
 
Covington Middle School
11200 Northeast Rosewood Avenue
Vancouver, WA 98662-5447
 
Practice times are still 6-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 

Any changes to the schedule will be communicated via email

When and if we have Coachless Practice, the following will be the routine:

General Warmup

• Jog and Stretch

 Specific Warmup

• Body and Ball - 25 jumping headers each, 25 chest trap then volley each
  
• Simple Passing Lines - 25 two touch passing, 25 one touch passing
  

 Core Session

• 1v1’s to a small goal
  
• 2v2’s to a small goal
  
• Split into 2 teams and play - focus on transition to attack and transition to defend
