Welcome to the 2009/2010 soccer season! We are looking forward to another fantastic year and we’re glad to have you on the team!

In the face of rising costs for everything and in order to meet the goal of holding firm on fees the club had to look at every expense line and every policy to make sure that we were not sacrificing a quality soccer experience for you and your player while closely monitoring the cost side of the ledger.

To help us deliver on that quality experience the club would like to announce a few new and/or modified policies that are in effect for the 2009/2010 soccer season.

Because Tryouts are later in the year and the soccer calendar has shifted to align with the high school sports calendar, WSA- Premier base club fees are due in total by 6/1/09. The club will not offer installment payments as a general rule. If a family requires special financial assistance we will certainly work with each instance on a case-by-case basis. Please work through your team treasurer. In addition, our scholarship policy and instructions are listed on our website under the registration tab.

Note: Player’s with outstanding balances as of 9/1/09 may be removed from club/team rosters. 

For players joining a WSA Premier team post tryouts the following prorated fee schedule applies:

May 1 - August 31:                           100% Club Fee

January 1 - April 30:                           60% Club Fee
 

WSA- Premier will continue to offer a credit card payment option.

Due to limitations with the Bonzi registration policy we are unable to simply add the credit card fee to those who choose to use credit. Thus the club fee reflected on-line is inclusive of the credit card use charge. For those paying by check the club simply asks that you check the "pay by check" tab and subtract the $20 credit card fee from your total per player registration. Please make your checks payable to FC Vancouver and submit to your team treasurer. Your team treasurer will forward to the club.

WSA- Premier has a no refund policy. Special exceptions to the no refund policy are at the sole discretion of the Executive Board. If a special exception is granted by the Executive Board the decision is final and non-negotiable. Examples of special exceptions may be relocation or a medical condition which excludes a player from continuing to play soccer. Voluntary withdrawal from a team will not be considered.

PRIVACY POLICY

WSA/FC Vancouver only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order. WSA/FC Vancouver handles all of this data with the utmost confidentiality.

THIRD PARTIES

Any personal information provided will not be traded, rented, sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of WSA/FC Vancouver, or used for reasons beyond those contemplated in this statement. From time to time, we may engage third parties to process your information on our behalf; however, none of WSA/FC Vancouver affiliates (such as our credit card company) have permission to retain, share, store or use personal information for any reason other than providing the requested service.

SECURITY

To prevent unauthorized access, disclosure and improper use of your information, we have established appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial safeguards to protect the information we collect in accordance with our privacy policy.
